Belvoir Lettings is locally owned and run by Brian and Loretto Linehan. We pride ourselves on customer service and recognize that both landlords and tenants have a choice of agents they could use. We have over 25 years' experience in the property industry and have been landlords ourselves now for 15 years. We fully understand the ups and downs of letting property and our aim is to help both landlord and tenant have a successful, stress-free letting experience.

Since opening in Southampton in 2013 we have successfully let numerous properties to a variety of different tenants and operate across all aspects of the private rented sector from flats to houses, student properties to luxury apartments, covering an area from Park Gate to the New Forest and north to Winchester.
